The objectives of seminar:

- Find a recursive algorithm based on Z-transform to compute Tchebichef moment and its inverse transform
- Use a filter structure in cascaded form to generate Krawtchouk moments for image analysis
- Solve the inverse problem of image reconstruction using non-orthogonal moments
- Using the proposed inverse problem to deblur images degraded by Gaussian kernel
