The saturation of the original photograph. It is computed as S =max{(Y − R)/Y,(R − Y)/(1 − Y),(Y − G)/Y,(G − Y)/(1 − Y),(Y − B)/Y,(B − Y)/(1 − Y)}. If Y = 0 or Y = 1 then S = 0.
