Experiment with Kármán Street - Rotation Invariants

The results of an experiment with template matching in time-development simulation of the Kármán street can be seen in the following two videos. The first one - KarmanStreet - shows the results of detection of one single vawe (from the lower line in the first frame in the sequence) using rotation moment invariants on the sequence of frames. The second one - KarmanStreet_abs - shows the results of detection of one single vawe using moment invariants with respect to total reflection. The invariants up to the 4th order and the same treshold were used for both experiments. The search was running independently for all frames.

The theory to this experiment can be found here.
