Is discrete representation of an image an old-school approach? In this talk, Michal will describe you recent developments, where image is represented as a continuous function using neural networks. In such an approach, an input to the network is spatial 2D coordinate and the output is an intensity value (or RGB vector) at this particular place. This allows to represent and sample the image on an arbitrary non-equidistant grid.
